UCHIHA ITACHI
He is big bro of Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto. He killed his family except his beloved littler brother Sasuke and went gone for few years before coming back to Konoha as a member of Akatsuki to run after Kyuubi inside Naruto's body.
After a long story of the manga, finally Sasuke had to battle Itachi caused Itachi's death and left his eyes' power to Sasuke.
Sasuke woke up and understand all of the reasons why his brother killed his family, was to protect his only beloved Sasuke.

SESSHOMARU
He is Inuyasha's big brother from anime Inuyasha. Although they are siblings, Sesshomaru and Inuyasha never have a good relation at the beginning, they have different mother though. Sesshomaru always wanted power so that's why he always ran after Inuyasha's sword, Tessaiga which inherited from their father, but he couldn't even touch it.
After long story, Sesshomaru found out the true aims of his father inherited Tessaiga to Inuyasha and Tenseiga to him. Realizing many facts, Sesshomaru helps Inuyasha cs for many times, even fight together in the Movie: Swords of an Honorable Ruler (映画犬夜叉 天下覇道の剣 (Inuyasha: Tenka Hadō no Ken)

EDWARD ELRIC
He is big brother of Alphonse Elric. The alchemist brothers who are very talented and smart, lost their body to resurrect their mother by alchemy. Instead of successfully brought their mother from death, Ed lost his leg while Al lost his entire body. Ed did further alchemy to save his brother's life and gave up his arm. The Elric journey started from there. 
By using artificial arm and leg (made by Wendy, later become Ed's wife), Ed became a State Alchemist and fight along his brother to find the Philosopher stone to bring their body back. Ed loves his littler brother so much and either Al does.

LELOUCH LAMPEROUGE
He is big brother of Nunnally Lamperouge. They are two of many King's of Britannia children. Because of past incident caused their mother death, Lelouch and Nunnally were thrown away to Eleven (Britannia named their slaves' region by numbering, Eleven is Japan). One day, Lelouch met C.C., a girl from another dimensions, giving him a power to control human, and become 'ZERO' (Eleven's hero).
The last episode of season 2, Lelouch appeared in public as the 99th King of Britannia and to kill all of Eleven traitors. But that's just one of his plan to save the world.
He died in the hand of Nunnally and she saw all of his plan. One of the best anime ending I ever seen!
One of reasons why he did this was for his beloved sister, Nunnally.

So, apart from their story with their own little brother/sister, if you can choose, who would it be to become your ideal big brother?
